Welcome to the SMART AI Program. These policies and guidelines are designed to ensure a
productive, respectful, and secure learning environment for all participants. Please read them
carefully and adhere to them throughout the program.
1 File Access and Sharing
• All program materials including lecture notes, slides, videos, Python code files, and reference
documents are provided exclusively to enrolled students.

Redistribution or sharing of materials outside the program via email,
social media, messaging apps, or any other means is strictly prohibited.
• Violations may result in removal from the program or revocation of access privileges.
• Refer to pinned messages in each channel for step-by-step instructions on accessing and
using course materials.
2 Assistance and Support
•
Instructors and teaching assistants are available to assist with
technical issues, coding questions, and general learning support.
• Please post questions in the designated discussion group to receive help from both peers
and instructors.

• Direct messages to instructors should be reserved for private or sensitive matters only.
3 Group Projects and Collaboration
• Certain assignments and capstone projects are team-based to encourage collaboration and
peer learning.
• All team members are expected to contribute equally, and submitted work must be original.
• Peer evaluation will be incorporated into the assessment of team projects.
• Use discussion groups and official channels for communication and feedback.
• Respect intellectual property: do not copy external projects without proper attribution.
4 Class Participation and Engagement
• Active participation in discussion groups, Q&A sessions, and peer reviews is expected.
• Attend live sessions regularly and complete all exercises and assignments by their deadlines.
• Maintain a respectful and constructive attitude when giving or receiving feedback from peers
and instructors.
5 Professional Conduct and Harassment Policy
• All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior based on religion, gender, ethnicity, sexual
orientation, or any other personal characteristic is strictly prohibited.
• All interactions should remain focused on learning objectives and professional development.
• Penalties for misconduct may include:
1. Verbal or written warning
2. Temporary suspension from channels or discussion groups
3. Removal from the program for severe or repeated offenses
6 Use of Tools and Platforms
• Telegram channels and discussion groups are the official platforms for course materials and
communication.
• Students must enable notifications to stay updated on announcements, polls, and timesensitive information.
• Pinned messages contain essential instructions for file usage, coding labs, and video resources.

7 Feedback and Improvement
• Mid-training and end-of-training polls and surveys will be conducted to evaluate:
– Clarity of slides and documents
– Usefulness of Python exercises
– Quality of video lectures and tutorials
– Support provided during group projects
– Overall learning experience
• Students are encouraged to provide honest and constructive feedback to help improve the
program.
8 Learning Commitment
• The program includes 6 hours of live instruction per week, in addition to recommended selfstudy and project work.
• Regular practice, timely completion of exercises, and active engagement are essential for
success.
9 Recordings and Video Resources
• All live sessions are recorded and made available exclusively to enrolled students.
• Recordings are intended for educational review purposes only and must not be shared externally.
10 File Management Guidelines
• Organize downloaded files locally according to the recommended folder structure:
– /Slides & Documents/ – for lecture notes, PDFs, and presentations
– /Python Codes/ – for notebooks, scripts, and exercises
– /Videos/ – for recorded lectures and tutorials
• Follow pinned instructions to ensure correct file usage and workflow.
11 Help and Troubleshooting
• For technical issues (Python, Jupyter, Colab), consult the pinned help resources first.
• Post questions in the discussion group before seeking private assistance from instructors or
administrators.
